What you’ll do:

• Research and gather requirements to understand our partners’ and customers’ needs, define learning objectives, and gain insight into how we can improve training strategy/ resources.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote and drive new initiatives.
• Manage the tools, processes, and people to coordinate the logistical details and run key programs.
• Use learning development processes to develop storyboards for Prototypes/Pilots.
• Provide guidance to other teams on systems and processes for developing and delivering enablement.
• Develop reports on key measures of success for programs under your supervision and build recommendations based on performance.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years program management experience
• Ability to take initiative, be proactive without waiting for direction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with learning authoring tools, learning management systems, gamification, and blended learning
• Experience managing external training programs and strategy

• Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
• Superior organization and project management skills
