About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts in the personal care and home care sectors. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading chemical company and play a pivotal role in expanding market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the personal care and home care industries.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned sectors.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our client's diverse product range.
  • Provide technical expertise and product information to clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth areas and potential challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (Preferably a Chemistry/Pharmaceutical graduate)
  • Proven experience in Sales role with a focus on opersonal care and home care accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the chemical industry, particularly in relation to personal care and home care applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information effectively to clients.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales goals and contributing to overall company success.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive coordinated efforts.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic and evolving industry landscape.
