Technical Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

• To provide technical solution to the clients.
• Perform and handling technical issues that faced by clients/customers (esp. after-sales, if any).
• Perform Technical Services in terms of fixture, install, repair and maintain equipment [products: excavator, bulldozer, dump truck, aerial work platform (AWP), scissor lift, boom lift, construction equipment, construction engineering machines etc.].
• Professionally supervise and/or perform service activities (refurbishment, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance and corrective actions).
• Provide reports as requested, including a general weekly report (work plan and technical maintenance/repairs report).
• Participate/provide on-the-job-training to junior engineers.
• To stay abreast of technical issues of products and machines (used equipment/machine).
• To liaise with respective team-members in an effective way and problem solving to assure that clients/customers get good respond and support required.
• To maintain a high level of professional work behavior in dealing with clients and co-workers.

Other Duties

• Assist and support to start-up operations and business expansion.
• Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan etc.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Vocational School/Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Technical or equivalent
• Technical education or college level in engineering background or similar relevant experience
• Having a minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience in machinery & equipment industry / heavy industrial will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with a linear educational background are encouraged to apply for this position
• Team-player and strong coordination skills
• Required language: English and Bahasa
• Willing to be relocated across Indonesia
