Technical Service Engineer

Uraian Tugas

Recommend products to customers to match with using purpose, spec, construction plan etc.
Create engineering plans and 3D drawings by AutoCAD according to customer requirements.
Provide weekly training about products and technical knowledge to the sales team.
Cooperate with the sales team to review and modify products spec appropriately.
Dealing with product problems; damages, wrong spec, installation problem, customer complaints.
Plan a strategy to promote sales of engineering-related products for sale team to reach the target.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Education, Electronic Engineering.
At least 1 year’s experience as a technical trainer, training engineer, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of electronics is required.
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Strong teaching and mentoring experience.
