Technical Service Engineer (After-Sales Service)

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Engineering (Mechanical) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Must have previously worked in the field of automotive Technical Service for at least 2 years.
• Good knowledge of Product Knowledge, Manufacturing Process, Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, Product Development Process, etc.
• Good knowledge of the Automotive Repairing Industry, Vehicle Rules and Regulations, After-sales Service.
• Familiarity with automotive product development processes.
• Good skills in Microsoft tools, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Good abilities in learning, problem-solving, and communication.
• Willingness to work at Pondok Indah/Cikarang.

Job Responsiblities:

• Conduct real vehicle disassembly validation on technical issues.
• Arrive at the dealerships and provide support to solve the technical problems and the customer complaints.
• Support the dealership training.
• Check and accept the maintenance cases, arrive at the dealership to check the service process, and inspect used parts.
• Guide the dealerships in carrying out the service activities and track progress.
