Job Responsibility
- Identifying hardware, diagnosing, repairing faults, software solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Deploy, Install and configure set of hardware and software, and provide on-site training and support services.
- Managing multiple casees and activities as assigned by following SOP and provide pre and post activity repaort as and when required.
- Able to work ad hoc or project basis. Such as deployment, handover, standby, Go Live, corrective & peventive maintenance.
- Managing maintenance stock daily updates after usage.
- Provide technical support to other teams with resolution as and when needed or assigned.
- Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for proper escalation based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) by projects.
- Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Prior at least basic experience in technical support or similar role.
- Attention to details with excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
- Excellence interpersonal skills.
- Excellence time management skills and punctual.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends; willing to travel.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Open for Malaysian only.
- Valid passport for travel.
- Physically fit to carry hardware.
