Uraian Tugas

Area of Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Technical Support representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and enhance cross-functional workflows.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
  • Part of a project / Support Team in the field of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure Services technologies.

Meminta

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • 5 years experience of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with patch and configuration management.
  • Planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritize work.
  • Familiarity of PowerShell for management of Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
