Responsibility:

• Plan, manage and supervise maintenance activities in accordance to maintenance and safety procedure and by the most cost-efficient means.
• Maintain records of all electrical equipment.
• Provide guidance / technical engineering supports, solutions and execution included design and review the doc, in order to improve performance of plant. 
• Coordinate Outage Tasks, which include tasks scheduling, manpower arrangement, liaison with contractors and report writing.
• Manage a team of contractors in maintaining the electric equipment.
• Initiate changes and additions to Maintenance HIRADC, Work Instructions and Work Procedures as necessary.
• Monitor and optimize spare parts and consumables holdings for the area of responsibility.
• Prepare technical specifications for external work scope and reviewing tenders.
• Train and develop Maintenance Supervisors as required.
• Provide annual budget for the section.
