Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Technical Team members, inspiring and guiding them to achieve their utmost performance and potential.
- Design and implement network and IT security solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to customers through on-site or remote issue resolution.
- Suggest technical solutions based on customer needs or challenges.
- Proactively monitor and address network performance issues.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients.
- Document and report to Manager and/or Customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Team Leader.
- Required Certifications: CCNP/NSE7.
- Proficiency in Layer 2, 3, and 4 Configuration & Troubleshooting.
- Experience with Layer 5, 6, 7 is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze network traffic.
- Solid grasp of OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.
- Familiarity with networking technologies and products such as routing, switching, and security.
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Enthusiasm for learning, diligence, and teamwork.
- Effective supervisory and leadership skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Contract system for 6 – 12 months, then if the candidate has good performance they will be appointed as permanent employees
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience in an enterprise IT company is preferred.
