Technical Writer

Responsibilities :

• Work with internal team to understand product documentation requirements.
• Deliver strong documents that fulfil company standards.
• Analyse current documents and make improvements as necessary.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year experience in technical documentation or related field or get involved in documenting product or apps including the usage procedures.
• Good knowledge of products, services, technology, or concepts that will be documented.
• Familiar with UML diagram notation
• Familiar in making technical documents (SRS, BRD, SIT/UAT, etc).
• Excellent communication both verbal and written (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong attention to detail.
