1. Provides technical support to engineers to ensure production goals of the organization are met.
2. Follow procedure and process flow set by engineer
3. Provide suport to engineer of new setup and buy off for Process/the Equipment/Tooling/Fixtures/Material during Development/NPI/Sustaining phase
4. Improve New process yield/Equipment downtime and reduce IDM cost within the committed target
5. Preliminary solving the problem and trouble shooting of New process/Equipment/Tooling/Fixture/Material during Development/NPI/Sustaining phase
6. Summarize daily build activities and report technical issues to engineer . Preliminary data analysis
7. Daily monitoring of New process/Equipment and Tooling/Fixture/Material usages during Development/NPI/Sustaining phase
8. Attend and pass certify the training requirement per company policies
9. Attend and pass certify the training requirement per equipment/process responsible
10. Attend and pass certify the special training for who is working on the special area and the special equipment.
Qualifications
1. Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or any equivalent
2. At least 2 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or related experience
3. Able to work in a cleanroom Able to work as a shift work
4.Use Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
5.Ability to extract, summarize, interpret, and present data
6.Able tocommunication skills, verbal and written
