- Diploma/bachelor in technical or engineering
- 3 years experience as Ventilation & Air conditioning technician, or mechanical technician
- Analytic skill & Problem Solving Knowledge (Fish Bond, Paretho diagram)
- Good communication Skill
- Understand of TPM & 5S Concept
Your Contribution:
- To running maintenance ventilation and Air Conditioner (VAC) is done alone or by the subcontractor according to a fixed schedule.
- To repair VAC by alone / or subcontractor.
- To control subcontractor activities.
- To create reports maintenance / repair Ventilation and AC.
- To implement Improvement Project.
- To provide improvement or the realization of project.
- To realize TPM, 5R, GMP, EHS Performance in overhaule area.
- To control general tool in workshop TS.
- To ensure execution of project as time line.
- To ensure improvement activity in line with KPI.
- To coordinate improvement task with team
- To share improvement idea to Head of Utility & Maintenance.
- To evaluate project that conducted by production supervisor.
- To escalate issue that can not be solved by team.
- To observe implemented project & potential project improvement.
