Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance on MEPHVAC and Exhaust fan• Recharge freon if the ampere pressure is below normal• Repair HVAC and Exhaust fan units to work optimally• Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, civil, and plumbing systems in building areas• Qualifications: SMA education or equivalent• Understanding of HVAC & MEP maintenance processes• Willing to work in shifts• Willing to be mobile if required (especially in Jakarta/Tangsel area)
