Responsibilities
- Make a phone call using the database given to offer Multimatics Consultancy programs and services
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about the programs, services and its benefit
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Get the detailed information of the customer such as company, contact numbers, designation and forward to designated Multimatics Sales
- Create a schedule of meeting with customer and Multimatics sales as possible
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Requirements
- Undergraduate student in IT, administration, management or equivalent
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have good tone in calling
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Target oriented and persistent
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good listener and fast response
