Job Description:

• Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services,
• Explaining products and product prices
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
• Following up on previous customers for potential salesMaintaining records of customer contacts
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Can speak English well
• B2C Telemarketing Experience (preferred)
• Yogyakarta Domicile
• Willing to be bound by contract
• Proficient in computer and Ms.Office
• Willing to join in the near future / not currently working
