Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, sales, and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in lead generation and sales
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and support
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the futures or financial industry preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
