Telesales Intern

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Identify and qualify leads, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicate product benefits.
• Achieve sales targets and goals within specified timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, at an intermediate level.
• Ability to engage in conversations and build rapport over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
• Basic understanding or interest in IT infrastructure/cloud services is a plus.
