Job Description- Initiating calls to potential customers from a list of provided leads including: existing customers targeted for cross/up sell, prior customers and/or potential new customers
- Monitoring sales achievement from dashboards.
- Escalating problems/complaints to relevant departments.
- Collecting and validating customer databases.
Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Telesales or similar field
- Proven experience as Telesales Representative or other Sales/Customer Service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
