- Responsible for managing Tele Marketing activity.
- Controlling and monitoring the activities of the Tele Marketing Staff team, coaching, giving motivation in achieving targets including helping to solve problems around Tele Marketing in the field.
- Make recommendations for Tele Marketing system improvements for the company's product offering by phone that are more accurate and targeted.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Tele Sales/Tele Marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
- Strong in leadership and people orientation.
- Having knowledge about multi-finance business process.
- Familiar to work with Microsoft Excel & Google Workspaces.
- Willing to be placed at Tangcity Mall - Tangerang.
