Responsibilities
• Conduct daily group briefings and 1-1 coaching & counseling in selling and relationship-building skills for Telesales Agent• Manage team progress toward performance to achieve daily and monthly targets• Monitor and optimize Telesales Agent utilization for productivity• Report performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis• Listen to Telesales Agent recordings to ensure they are improving their skills and quality• Utilize marketing and field sales insights to understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors• Implement sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts• Select appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets
Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's or associate degree is a plus• Min. 1-year experience in a sales-related role SPV, preferably in telesales SPV• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills• Fluent in Local language, and English (intermediate)• Strong attention to detail• Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (esp. Excel)• Willing to be placed at Semarang
