Job Description:
As a Junior Course Consultantat PalFish, based in Jakarta, you will be the front line to reach our users by representing PalFish through telephones.
You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, closing orders by providing useful information to customers, updating customers database in CRM and maintain good relationships with them.
Your mission is to drive the company's growth by closing every sale orders and helping individuals in the whole country access our high-quality English language classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about PalFish Class product using scripts through telephones or other online channels.
- Provide useful information to customers and use professional sales skills to close deals and deliver sales results.
- Update users details in CRM and maintain strong relationships with potential customers in Indonesia through Tele sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Good customer service skills, exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office programs.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- A results-driven mindset and a commitment to meeting and exceeding Tele sales targets.
