Job Role:
- Establish a conducive relationship with the Tenants, and carry out good service to the Tenants and customers.
- Coordinate and establish relationships between tenants and management.
- Make a daily report related to complaints, input or absentee opening hours closed tenants.
- Make a questionnaire to evaluate management performance if it matches the expectations and satisfaction of tenants.
- Mediator between tenants and other tenants, or between tenants and management in solving problems.
- Provide information related to changes or mall operations that are running.
- Maintaining tenant databases (anchors, permanent tenants, temporary tenants) related to mall promotion activities.
- Monitor the condition of store displays, signage, music, cleanliness, and collect reports on the number of visitors.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public relation or any related degree.
- Good understanding of business process of Mall, Policy and Procedure as well as business issues of the Company.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make good, independent decisions and be able to effectively deal with stress.
- Well developed time management skills including the ability to identify, prioritize and complete tasks and projects in an effective and timely manner.
- Possess or quickly develop good negotiations and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to understand, interpret and communicate Regulatory subject matters.
- Good Computer Skill, Microsoft Office, and English skill oral and written.
