Responsible for managing demand creation activitiesContribute to campaign strategy and implementationBuild relationships with important customers

Responsibilities
• Implement campaign strategy to achieve sales objectives• Set up, coordinate, execute, and monitor campaign plans• Manage A&P material and sample distribution• Conduct big event campaigns• Coach and support sales team• Contribute to customer segmentation and campaign plans• Support information to other functions• Ensure implementation of Syngenta policies• Defend and promote the image of Syngenta• Assist with quota setting and market evaluation
Requirements
• Graduate qualification in agriculture, marketing, or related discipline• Strong agronomy and business background• Minimum 3 years experience in sales role• Deep and broad crop and product knowledge
