Ticketing Staff

Our company, HARYONO TOURS & TRAVEL is one of the biggest travel corporations in East Java and one of the very few hotel wholesalers in Indonesia. Currently operating with head office in Surabaya and branches in Jakarta, Malang and Semarang, we are expecting to expand our operations by inviting highly motivated individuals to join our team in SEMARANG office as:

TICKETING STAFF (Semarang Branch)

Descriptions:

1. Assist customers (both corporate and individual customers) to select the most suitable travel products for their needs.
2. Sell travel-related products as assigned by the company.
3. Book and issue airlines tickets and hotel vouchers.
4. Liaise with appointed partners and suppliers (hotels, tour operators, airlines etc)
5. Maintain good administration regarding invoices and other general admin tasks.
6. Maintain high level of customer service and be responsive to customers inputs including complaints

Expected:

• Qualifications and ability to reserve and issue tikets using GDS (Sabre and Galileo) and Garuda Altea.
• Good command of english.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing.
• Customer-service oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability to join the company immediately would be an advantage.
