Assist Channel Manager to develop Trade Marketing strategies to support short and long term business growth, profitability and increase market share across all product categories.
Assist in building comprehensive trade & shopper activation plan to support channel development as well as business growth.
Assist to develop, implement and follow-up Trade Marketing activities on time. This includes but not limited to promotional campaigns and sell-in/sell-out activities to achieve established sales and profit goals.
Work closely with Marketing team and Sales team in support of the development of products, ensuring overall competitiveness in areas of pricing, distribution, product launches and merchandising collaterals.
Assist in implementing market research to produce relevant marketing information.
Degree in Marketing or Business from a reputable University.
5 years of experience in a well-recognized FMCG company, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in trade management.
Working exposure and experiences gain from both local company and MNC before would be an added advantage.
Proven track record of driving sales growth in competitive & mass categories.
Written & verbal communication in English is a must, conversant in Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage.
Excellent communication & presentation skill.
Strong business acumen, able to develop plan, set budget, create department SOP and operate within respective guideline
