BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR ATRADE MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE (MEDAN)
SENIORITY LEVEL: Non – Management Level
FUNCTION: Marketing
LOCATION: Medan, Indonesia
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is accountable to strategize and implement trade coverage plans for the specific area and region. The individual would also ensure all marketing activities are implemented as per international marketing practices and corporate guidelines.
REPORTS TO: Trade Marketing Executive
REPORTING LEVEL: Individual Contributor
GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- 100% fulfilment of volume target, Mix/SKU priority follow monthly plan in TMR Territory scope
- Important metric to follow monthly plan
- Visit Retail outlets for: Program communication to retail, Deploy POSM & Merchandising, Capture information through internal survey on competitor activities and update to TME
- Visit Wholesale C for outlet internal survey and advise WS regarding ongoing program in retail outlets to ensure stock availability for SKUs
- Visit validated Community
- Provide proof of Control: (photos with community logo/banner as background, submit google form for customer data)
- 100% fulfilment of important metric target for Cycle Activity (based on monthly plan)
- Activate Retail program in outlets
- Submit Outstanding trials
KEY TARGET OF THIS ROLE
- Distributor Volume Sell out (Total Exclude 3rd party agency & DC NKA)
- 100% fulfilment of volume target
- Mix/SKU priority follow monthly plan in TMR Territory scope
- Call Visit fulfilment for active Customer and Community Contact >95%, also Perform Cycle Activity program
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business-related fields
- At least 1 years of professional experience, with Problem Identification and Solving, Leadership, Negotiation, Sales & Distribution, Communication Skill
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Marketing/Sales or equivalent
- Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus
- Ability to teamwork and work optimally through relationships, persuasion, and influence
- Having fair commercial competence and sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization's success
