Traffic Operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in Traffic Operations or a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages is required, as the role may involve communication with international vendors and clients.
• Strong skills in monitoring traffic activities, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Willing to placed in Head Office Jakarta.

Job Descriptions: 

• Responsible for designing and drafting attractive and competitive sales proposals for the company's products or services.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive contracts to regulate the business relationship between the company and customers or suppliers. Also responsible for preparing and managing Letters of Credit (LC) for international transactions.
• Play a role in coordinating and negotiating with vendors, internal teams, buyers, and other relevant parties to prepare shipping and payment documents. This includes various aspects such as shipment of goods, payment requirements, and conflict resolution.
• Routinely monitor operational activities and transactions, including shipping of goods, payment status, and project developments.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, payments, and ongoing projects. These reports include performance analysis, sales trends, and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Responsible for organizing and managing the tender process, including collecting documents, evaluating bids, and selecting tender winners.
