- Create a strategy to introduce INFINIX in Coverage area.
- Maintaining and increasing sales performance and dealer day by day and month by month
- Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individual and team as a whole.
- Maintaining Promoter and give them good product knowledge
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding merchant base.
- Servicing the needs of merchant.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Fluent in English is a plus
