Training Center Senior Manager (Japanese Speaker)

Qualifications & experience

• Have education background in Japanese Literature Study/Management
•  Experiences 5-8 years as a Branch Manager/Manager in Japanese construction company/ Japanese manufacture
• Have work experience in Japanese PMA, or understand Japanese work culture
• Have good managerial skills and are used to working with targets
• Holds minimum Japanese Language Skills N3 (Above/Equal)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all Training Center activities in the Central Java & East Java region
• Responsible for activities and implementation of work programs according to targets
• Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, including universities, government agencies and Training Center administrators.
• Leading, directing the work team & cross-sectional coordination to create a positive and comfortable work environment.
• Prepare & supervise the use of budgets or budgeting in the area of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with SOP implementation in the Company.
• Create operational reports, cost of achieving monthly and annual targets & planning.
