Training Coordinator (Japanese Speaker)

Qualifications & experience

• Experiences as a Jishussei or kenshussei in Japan
• Experiences as a Training Coordinator Staff or Japanese Teacher in LPK or interested in education
• Have a good communication and interested in teaching or training
• Domicile in Ponorogo or willing to be placed at Ponorogo

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinator of trainees at the Training Center (providing education other than Japanese such as communication, attitude, discipline, and motivating participants).
• Make data collection and reporting recapitulations
• Handle participants if there are problems during the training period and follow up on training participants.
• Coordination with related parties for the Training Center
• Handle participant MCU coordination and interviews with users
