Training Coordinator Staff

Qualifications & experience

• Min. SMK-S1 in Japanese literature/ Japanese Education/Related field
• Experiences work in Japan as a Jisshusei or Kenshusei in Hospitality/Kaigo (Holds JLPT N3 is preferable)
• Have a good communication, Team work and interested in education
• There are no plans to return to Japan in the near future

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible to coordinate students in the training center
• Educate and training students about work behavior and culture in Japan
• Monitoring students activities in the Training Center areas and as a PIC for communication with related parties
• Support students with their administration for departure to Japan
