Job Description:
1. Define training needs analysis aligned with the company’s direction
2. Develop training modules and training calendar for all direct brands in PLI
3. Deliver training sessions for all operation team members
4. Monitor training implementation in stores
5. Regularly visit stores to ensure staff improvement on knowledge and skill set
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer in retail industry
3. Good understanding in fashion retail industry
4. Good analytical skill
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Has a good command in English
7. Willing to travel
