Skills & Requirements:
- Has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature or English Education.
- Has min. 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Great communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and management abilities.
- Has Adult teaching experience and related qualifications.
- Has good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to communicate in English on a daily basis.
- Able to work both individually and as a part of a team.
- Able to operate and use Google Suite.
- Has a Can-do attitude, is confident and is happy to see people's growth and development.
Good To Have :
- Work experience in a company setting would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:
- Design Effective Training Programs
- Ensure staff receive proper training related to Soft Skills and Communication.
- Conduct Research on related training topics, training methods, and alternative assessments.
- Able to create and develop, e-learning content materials and training materials.
- Maintain good communication among staff members from cross divisions, vendors and foreign clients (for related training programs). - Assessment and Reviews
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to all staff. - Support and Mentor new Employees
- Ensure new Employees follow Onboarding documents and project/tasks flow. - Training Administrative
- Keep attendance and other records.
- Support in training budget management.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training.
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. - Adhoc Projects
- Proofread and document reviews based on request. - Business Process and Risk management
- Policies, SOP, compliance-related matters.
- Follow government law, company policies, and company SOP based on the applied standard.
