Responsibilities:
- Manage SJ (receive, scan, check, Input, record, and process return document to customer)
- Check/follow up on damage/claim issues and process settlement
- Check Vendor Invoice and input the record in Excel and TMS
- Coordinate with the Accounting team, Operation team, and Commercial Team for smooth documentation flow
- Create Shipment in TMS
- Maintain AR/AP in the TMS system if needed
- Monitoring document status daily and conducting an updated report
- Follow management instruction
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any major (Preferably from Accounting)
- 2 years experience as Transport Admin
- Detailed person
- Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Good English Communication Skill
