- Provide high-level (CEO & Executive) administrative support in traveling matters. Requires discretion, confidentiality, and detailed knowledge of the travel's operations and procedures.
- Make local & overseas travel arrangements to make the best use of executive time & preferences.
- May have access to handle third parties or direct principal such travel agent, hotel, airlines etc.
- Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive's records and files.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years in tour & travel company, as Branch SPV/Manager or Senior Travel & Ticketing Consultant
- Experiences in handle overseas trip USA & Europe will be advantage
- Good Leadership, Good Communication, Attention to detail, Teamwork & good team player, Service Excellent focus.
- Preferably from Tourism industrial Background
- Must be fluent in English, verbal and written
- Able to use Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Neat appearance
