1. Do Training Need Analysis starting with identification, coordination, and then report to the user
2. Create, review and socialize the training and development program based on a curriculum that fits the business needs
3. Conduct, manage, report the training program as well as the development that has been made
Persyaratan KhususJob Qualifications:
1. Minimum S1 of all specialties
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience as Staff/Spv HR Training & Development/Learning Center
3. Have a passion for SDM development
4. Be able to teach both technical and soft skill training
5. Speak English
6. Be prepared to travel to service
