Ui/Ux Designer

Job Description

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and appear.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).

Qualification

• A Bachelor's degree in Design or Fine Arts is necessary with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of related projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
• Proficient in UI/UX software (Figma, Sketch, XD, etc.).
• Basic skills in HTML5, CSS3, React JS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and awareness of the latest UI/UX design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions clearly.
• A strong team player capable of effective collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Open-minded, explorative, and adaptive.
