👑 Job Role

• Leading the development and implementation of user experience strategies.
• Conducting user research and analyzing user feedback to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
• Developing user personas, user journeys, and user flows.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Working closely with designers and developers to ensure that the user experience strategy is implemented effectively.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the user experience strategy and making recommendations for improvement.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field from reputable university.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX strategist or similar role for more than 2 years.
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
