Job Description :

• Kickstart and facilitate design project discussions/workshops with users and stakeholders
• Conduct basic user research and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders (can collaborate with research team)
• Apply the Design Thinking process in projects and collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into effective design prototypes
• Support the development and testing of prototypes all the way to design delivery
• Visualize complex information/concepts in a simple and effective way in design channels and touchpoints
• Work and communicate with developers on design development

Requirement

• At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a design practitioner, exemplifying various disciplines such as facilitation, UI/UX, visual design, or service design.
• Proven track record of shipping engaging experiences or content/social products. Working in digital marketing and communication or the internet industry (preferred but not withstanding).
• Strong visual skills and animation skills. Understand how different variants of treatment may lead to different types of customer engagement and business results.
• A related Design Degree will be an advantage.
• Strong articulation and presentation skills would be a plus.
