Job Description

1. Lead & develop user interface and user experience team to be an effective workforce
2. Identify user pain points and develop solution to improve user experience
3. Plan with business executives and stakeholders
4. Conduct user research to improve user interface and user experience
5. Liase with marketing, growth, & operation team to build improvement programs
6. Evaluate & enhance customer touchpoints

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or other related fields.
2. Proven experience (6 years) as a UI/UX Lead, Product Designer, or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of user experience principles, strategies, and best practices.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive insights and improvements.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and build rapport with customers.
6. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve customer-focused goals.
7. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
8. Proven project management skills to plan, execute, and track customer experience initiatives.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and obstacles.
