We are now looking for Validation Supervisor to be based in our manufacturing site in Jakarta Timur.
As Validation Supervisor, you will be responsible for the utility qualification, equipment qualification, computerised system validation, and execution including ensuring the alignment with regulatory, ISPE and PICS requirements.
This role will give you exposure to be an expert on analytical method validation as well as knowledge on local requirement, compendia, and registration details.
This position is open for 1 year contract.
Key responsibilities
Ensure compliance of qualification documentation with internal and external validation policies and regulations
Act as the advisor on developing qualification document especially related to computerised system requirements
Provide analytical method validation
To review qualification protocol prior usage during qualification
To give suggestion, point of view and endorsement regarding test to be challenged during qualification
Involve in execution of utility and equipment qualification in production area
Review qualification execution to ensure alignment with desired requirement
Work with project team to ensure adherence of qualification execution with the timeline agreed
Monitor execution of utility and equipment qualification
Monitor / provide technical support during execution of qualification
Elaborate with team (stakeholders) for executions of qualification activities

Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these requirements to achieve our goals :
Minimum Education Level : Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
Minimum experience in related field. Having experience in utilities, equipment’s, computerised system, analytical method validation are preferred
Having a good knowledge about local regulatory requirement especially related to utilities, equipment’s and computerised system
Preferred Qualifications :
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :
Having experience on providing protocol, execution and reporting for utility, equipment, computerised system validation and analytical method validation
Fluent in English is a must
Comprehensive knowledge on GxP standard especially on system qualification including computerised system and analytical method validation
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities essential
Strongly developed communication skills both written and verbal
