Our client is one of the most prestigious Art Venues(theatre, museum and gallery) in Indonesia. As a Venue Consultant, you will be responsible to attract the most lucrative and prestigious events in line with the vision and strategy of the company.

• Attract the most lucrative and prestigious events in line with the vision and strategy of the company
• Develop sales leads, driving new venue show rounds and new proposals
• Develop promotions or speciality packages to entice new customers
• Close contract negotiations and securing multi year deals, undertake effective negotiation to achieve the best commercial outcome
• Manage the repeat business process and continuity strategy, the negotiation of client contracts and secure onward bookings
• Communicate and interact effectively with decision makers at all levels internally and externally to maximise venue renting opportunities whilst increasing up selling of services, demonstrating exceptional customer care, and delivering an excellent customer experience
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
• Build database of qualified leads through referrals, direct mail, email, and networking
