Vice President, Regional Finance Business Partner-Logistics & Fulfilment (Jakarta)

Team and Role Introduction:
Responsibilities:
- Own the financial agenda for Lazada’s regional fulfilment business consisting of warehouse operations and businesses (in-house and outsourced) in 6 countries.
- Support in driving transparency and visibility in cost structure as well as working with business partners and operations leads to propose, review and challenge cost optimization initiatives
- Support the commercial function of Lazada Logistics with pricing models and pipeline evaluation
- Lead a team of business partners across the region, ensuring adherence to strategic directions and incorporating financial considerations into business decisions
- Support local teams in month end closing activities, own the consolidated regional results
- Own the management reporting package for Fulfilment presented to top-management stakeholders on a monthly basis

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Strong educational background with degrees in Finance/Accounting (preferred) or General/Logistics Management
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an e-commerce or logistics environment
- Strong analytical thinking and understanding of business and financial models with a “customer first” mindset
- Good communication and intercultural skills and stakeholder management
- Experience in SAP & Anaplan will be beneficial
- Hands-on mentality and being able to deep dive into details as required
- Data querying experience via SQL would be an asset of value
