The school provides Islamic international education for all Muslims nationally and internationally through Islamic character building based on al Quran and Sunnah of the prophet Muhammad. Through a balanced and invigorating Islamic global curriculum, FIWA aims to develop students knowledge, leadership, entrepreneurial skills, and Islamic manners to help them become lifelong learners, leaders, entrepreneurs, and global citizens.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Principal at Fitrah Islamic World Academy. The Assistant Principal will be responsible for assisting the Principal in all day-to-day administrative tasks and academic activities, supervising teachers, organizing events, assisting in curriculum development, and collaborating with other members of the leadership team to ensure academic and Islamic excellence are maintained.

Qualifications

• Ikhwan/Muslim
• Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Leadership skills and experience in educational administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Knowledge and understanding of Islamic education and values
• Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the leadership team
• Experience in working with Muslim students and families
• Experience in an international and/or boarding school setting is a plus
