Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute video content strategies for our TikTok campaigns, focusing on product highlights, user engagement, and brand storytelling.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to analyze trends and insights on the TikTok platform to optimize video content for the Indonesian market.
• Manage the end-to-end process of video production, including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, color correction, and final delivery.
• Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for the TikTok platform.
• Work closely with the shop operation team to develop innovative video concepts and promotional strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, video technologies, and best practices
Requirements :
• Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience in videography, specifically with a focus on social media platforms like TikTok. A proven track record of creating engaging video content that drives user engagement and growth.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication skills. The ability to understand and articulate creative concepts and feedback is essential.
• Leadership Qualities: Possesses a strong sense of ownership and a “can-do” attitude. You should be proactive, able to work independently, and lead projects from concept through to execution.
• Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of film editing and video production principles. You should have your unique style and approach to video production that sets our brand apart on the TikTok platform. Familiarity with the latest video editing software and technologies is expected.
• Creativity and Innovation: Must have a creative mindset and the ability to produce fresh, compelling video content that resonates with our target audience. A keen eye for detail and aesthetics that align with our brand’s image and values.
