Villa Attendant Area Seminyak

• Cleaning: Performing regular cleaning tasks throughout the villa, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and washing linens.

• Laundry: Washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and other items as needed.

• Restocking: Ensuring that essential supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen items are adequately stocked and replenished for guests.

• Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections of the villa to identify any maintenance issues or damages, and reporting them to the appropriate person for repair.

• Guest Services: Providing exceptional customer service to guests by addressing their needs, answering questions, and assisting with special requests or concerns.

• Communication: Maintaining open communication with the Supervisor and Villa Manager, and other staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Flexibility: Being flexible with work hours and tasks, as the needs of the property may vary depending on guest turnover and other factors.

• Overall, a Villa Attendant plays a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring that the property is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable stay.

• Vocational School and/or Diploma of Hospitality.

• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or Villa Attendant is typically preferred. 

• Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail are essential. 

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with guests, Supervisor or Manager, and other staff members.

• Villa attendants must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and maintained to high standards.

• Discipline, hardwork, and pleasant personality.
