We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to be part of our prestigious villa team. If you have a background in hotel education, possess housekeeping knowledge, and are ready to contribute to a world-class hospitality experience, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and provide an orientation of the villa's facilities and amenities.
Concierge Services: Arrange and coordinate guests' requests, including restaurant reservations, transportation, excursions, spa appointments, and other personalized services.
Housekeeping Coordination: Ensure that the villa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. Coordinate housekeeping staff to meet guests' preferences and schedules.
Dining Services: Oversee in-villa dining services, including meal planning, preparation, and service. Coordinate with the chef to meet dietary preferences and restrictions.
Event Coordination: Organize and oversee events and special occasions held at the villa, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Security and Privacy: Ensure the security and privacy of guests at all times, implementing necessary measures to guarantee a safe and confidential environment.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with other villa staff, including chefs and security personnel, to ensure a coordinated approach to guest services.
Qualifications:
Hospitality Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end hospitality or private service role.
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all guest preferences and requests are met.
Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of guest services simultaneously.
Culinary Knowledge: Basic knowledge of culinary arts to coordinate dining services effectively.
Housekeeping knowledge
Problem-Solving: Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during a guest's stay.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guests' needs.
Computer proficiency.
Capability to handle night security duties if required.
Able to communicate in modest English.
Domicile in Bali.
