Responsibilities:
- Assisting the owners to coordinate the day-to-day operations
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of all villa facilities and services
- Assisting the villa manager and owner, to coordinate with the team
- Assisting to Handle purchasing responsibilities for the villa, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and coordinating purchases of supplies and equipment.
- Provide support in other areas of villa management and administration as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front office, Reservation, Personal Assistant in hospitality or any related position with similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficiency in English
