Currently we hiring the position "Villa Host" for Our Strategic Villa in Bali.
A Villa Host, also known as a villa front office or vacation rental host, is responsible for overseeing the operation and management of a villa or vacation rental property, but generally includes the following responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Providing exceptional customer service to guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Check-in and Check-out: Welcoming guests upon arrival, providing them with a tour of the property, and ensuring that they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
- Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with guests, villa management, and any other relevant parties.
- Promote: Promoting the property to attract guests and maximize occupancy rates.
- Hospitality Management: Creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized recommendations and services to enhance their experience.
- Problem-solving: Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during guests' stays, such as maintenance issues, noise complaints, or disagreements between guests.
- Overall, a Villa Host plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the villa to ensure its success and profitability.
Requirements:
- Vocational School and/or Diploma of Hospitality.
- Experience in front office or Villa Host in hospitality, is typically preferred.
- Strong in good communication and attention to detail are essential.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with guests, Supervisor or Manager, and other staff members.
- Detail in administration and welcoming the guest.
- Discipline, hardwork, and pleasant personality.
- Able to communicate in English is a plus.
