Qualifications & experience

• Minimum education SMA/SMK (High School)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Lightroom & Adobe Adobe InDesign
• Proficient in Mega Business Suite – related to Social Media
• Ability in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Experience in the same or similar field for at least 1 year is preferred
• Able to take initiative; work as part of a team and work towards deadlines
• Ability to speak English is preferred
• Live in Bali

Tasks & responsibilities

• Create monthly promotional content based on monthly featured products and theme with the assistance of the junior graphic designer. (visual and graphic) using asset from existing image database.
• Produce high-quality multimedia content which include images, videos and infographics [for the purposes of showcasing products, facilities, visiting artists, events, website, retail, online store, and related topics for content and promotional purposes]
• Edit and prepare photos and videos for best quality in layout, color accuracy and visual appeal.
• Back up and store safely all photos and videos for Jenggala’s archives with easy access and reference for future use.
• Have an ability and working knowledge of various camera, lighting equipment features and settings
• Extensive ability to utilize lighting and photo setting techniques to maximize the quality and style of photos and videos
• Have a clear ability and understanding of graphic software and techniques to add text and various additional details to photos and videos.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors such as photographers and videographers (in the event of seasonal and collection photoshoots).

• Promotional content includes but is not limited to:

  • Instagram grid.
  • Instagram post, reels, stories and ads
  • Website Promotional Banners
  • Email Banners, Etc.
